Sure Fitness is where fitness meets fun!

We offer circuit training classes. These are catered to your fitness level. Includes light weight training, resistance bands, ropes, and trampolines. Trampolines allow for a low impact, high intensity workout which will help you burn additional calories. Full body workout.

These workouts help with toning and improved overall fitness. These are 45-50 min sessions which include warm up/stretching, main workout, abs and cool down/stretches
